Rotating Spray Fan with Lightening Effects

I recently ordered a fan that was listed as a rechargeable fan. However, upon delivery, I was disappointed to find that the product did not include a battery and, therefore, was not truly rechargeable as advertised.
I contacted customer service to address this issue and request a correction or solution. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory. I was told that the fan could simply be operated using a power bank, which does not resolve the concern regarding misleading product information.
When I requested to return the item, I was instead advised to choose another product of the same value, despite the fact that I specifically ordered this particular item.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would recommend shopping from more reliable platforms, such as Daraz.pk, where product descriptions are accurate and purchases feel more secure.
